Frequently asked questions
Typically we transport only two pets at a time. This will vary depending on the type of pet as well as breeds. The extra space makes for a more comfortable ride as well as safety from aggressive/territorial pets and also diseases such as Parvo. Two pets going to the same household/siblings or coming from the same household is counted as one which would mean we can raise that number to three.
Delivery times depend on several factors, including mileage and area. Traffic, weather, and location also play a role. We typically transport two pets at a time in the same direction, ensuring quick delivery. For remote locations or bad weather, we may stop overnight for safety. Rest assured, we prioritize your pet's safe and timely arrival.
