FAQ

We do not provide food typically for pets during transports. This is for a few reasons. Switching the diet on your pet can have bad side effects. If they are used to dry food and we give them wet food we don't know how they'll react or if they would even eat it. We HIGHLY encourage the shipper provide at least 1 day worth of food for travel that the pet is used to. If we have to purchase food along the way knowing the brand would be helpful as well.
Typically we transport only two pets at a time. This will vary depending on the type of pet as well as breeds. The extra space makes for a more comfortable ride as well as safety from aggressive/territorial pets and also diseases such as Parvo. Two pets going to the same household/siblings or coming from the same household is counted as one which would mean we can raise that number to three.
Our turnaround time is based on a few factors. First is mileage, next is area. these factors are constant. Other factors that affect delivery times are traffic, weather and location. We transport 2 pets at a time going the same direction so our speed of delivery is fairly quick as we are going direct essentially. Depending on your location if it is too remote such as in the mountains and passes, if the weather is questionable we do stop get a hotel for the night to make that trip in the day time as these areas can be dangerous.
